NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of Southwest Harbor Housing Authority,

The Town of Bar Harbor Housing Authority,

The Town of Mount Desert Housing Authority,

The Town of Tremont Housing Authority,

and The City of Ellsworth Housing Authority.

Pursuant to the Public Housing Reform Act of 1937, The MDI &

Ellsworth Housing Authorities have developed Public Housing Agency

Plans, including CFP Five Year Action Plans, for the above

named PHAs, FY beginning October 1st, 2025. The public period

for the draft Plans, will take place from Monday, June 1st, 2026,

through Thursday, July 16th, 2026. A public hearing will be held at

10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 16th, 2026. To view Draft Plans, or
